Packaging
We provide an optional box gift-wrapping service for gift orders. This option is available at checkout with an additional RM10.00 charge for each shipment.
Most of our items are packaged in drawstring bags and inserted in standard courier packaging. Lingerie items with structure (supported with bone and underwire) will be packaged in between solid boards and inserted in standard courier packaging.
Local Orders
Delivery within Malaysia is absolutely FREE!
international orders
International orders are delivered by FEDEX. The shipping rates for international orders are given below and are added to your order at checkout.
- USD 6.00 per 2 items = Singapore
- USD 15.00 per 2 items = Australia, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau,
New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam

delivery time
Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. For international order, please allow for an additional 1-3 working days. Items will only be sent for courier delivery upon payment confirmation.
third party delivery
We would be glad to send your gift order directly to your love ones, almost anywhere worldwide. All you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information at checkout. Please refer to our shipping rates for international delivery. Delivery within Malaysia is FREE!
p.o.boxes and hotels
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.
import duty and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.
Please note that we declare the full value on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
